Bor billet aluminum

6005, 6013, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6463, 6082, 6951 alloy billets are produced in 90mm, 127mm, 152mm, 178mm, 203mm and 228mm  diameters in our billet casting plant with an annual production capacity of 40.000 tons.

In our 5 ” , 7” and  9" extrusion presses, aluminum profiles in different alloys in different sizes are produced up to a maximum of 12 meters. In the extrusion stage, the dimensions are controlled according to EN 755 and EN 12020 standards.

 

In our electrostatic powder coating facility, painting is carried out with RAL colors for aluminum profiles with a maximum length of 11 meters, as well as special colors according to customer demands.

 

In our anodizing facility, with the technology we currently have, 7.5 meter long profiles are produced as matte, bright and colored anodized surfaces in line with the demands of our customers. In order to meet the profile surface effect demands in different decorative appearance, the profiles are subjected to processes such as polishing (mechanical polishing), steel brush sanding (satin), Mop - Scotch brushing before the anodizing process.

Being respectful to the environment, Bor Aluminyum fulfills the ROSH and REACH requirements in its anodizing facility,

Cutting, drilling, countersinking, trimming, length finishing, threading, milling and welded joining of aluminum profiles are carried out with very precise tolerances in accordance with the technical drawings from our customers.
